It doesn’t have to be a “trade-off” – that is, choosing between one or the other.
I believe there are too many senior leaders who are so intensely committed to driving results in their organizations, that they lose sight on what else life has to offer. While I understand the pressures associated with delivering results for organizations, there is a healthier balance that can be achieved by making the choice to also fulfill your personal needs: self-care, relationships, family, hobbies, etc.
I am committed to helping senior leaders have a more fulfilled life, so that when the work is done, and they move on to their next chapter, it is not an empty space, with nothing to go to, no one to share it with, and no interests to pursue.
