The FOUR COMPONENTS of Interview Mastery

If you want to more composed, confident, and able to express yourself most effectively during the interviewing process, these FOUR COMPONENTS OF INTERVIEW MASTERY will get you there.

I developed and implemented this customized process which has not failed me in my 30 year career as a supply chain leader, when competing for advanced levels in the organization.

The four components include:

👉 KNOW YOURSELF – what types of roles do you excel in, what type of environment suits you, etc.

👉 KNOW THE JOB YOU’RE COMPETING FOR – this has to do with understanding the requirements of the job, be scrubbing the job description, and knowing about the organization, etc.

👉 MASTERING YOUR STORIES – this has ALL to do with tying your greatest success stories / accomplishments to the skills and requirements of the job you’re competing for, and more importantly, creating a succinct, powerful message to advocate for your candidacy.

👉 THE INTERVIEW AND THE CLOSE – how you present yourself, the relevant questions you ask during and at the end of the interview, are related to this component.

Listen to this short clip for an explanation of these four components of interview mastery!
