Interview Coaching
This Program is for You
Do you want to be more confident and composed during an interview, where you are in command of your message?
Do you want to stand out as a preferred candidate, driven by your preparation and your “conversational” approach to the interview?
Well, look no further, this program is for YOU!
WHO this is for:
• Anyone who wants to develop the confidence and preparedness to stand out as a preferred candidate during the interviewing process.
• All professional levels, from entry level to executives.
• All professionals who have not interviewed for an extended period.
• All professionals who flat out fear the interviewing process
•All professionals who can’t cross the finish line and land that dream job
How you can benefit:
• Build your confidence and eliminate the nervous energy leading up to an interview
• Learn to express yourself more clearly and concisely
• Know what questions to ask and how to close out an interview
With this coaching, I’ll share my “Four components of Interview Mastery”, a tried-and-true process I personally developed, to manage my own career advancement.
Where I also add value is from my decades of experience as a Hiring Manager, so I look at this interviewing process from both sides, that of the candidate and that of the hiring manager. In fact, I authored a ten-step process for hiring managers to screen candidates, conduct a robust interviewing process, and make the final selection of the best candidate. I know what separates candidates and how to assess best fit and qualifications for a role.
Interview coaching is offered for all professional levels. The two types of coaching programs are:
1) One on One coaching: we will learn and apply the four components of interview mastery to understand more about what roles you excel in, your fit for different roles, and how you prepare for interviews so that you can be more composed and confident during the interview. We will also go through mock interviews to help you best prepare for the conversation.
2) Group coaching sessions: here, we apply a practical approach through exercises to learn the four components of interview mastery. We also have the option of conducting mock interviews in the group setting.
Fun Facts
Here are some “fun facts” about interviewing!

• Some of the most common drivers of this interviewing fear comes from:
– Fear of the unknown
– Performance pressures
– Preparation concerns
– Judgement and evaluation
– Competition
• 50% of hiring managers report that the most common interview mistake is coming to the interview unprepared.
• 67% of recruiters believe that non-verbal communication is more important than verbal communication during an interview.
If any of the above is speaking to you, as your coach I want to make a difference and help you find a solution. I would love to connect with you on a free 30-minute zoom session to give you actionable next steps.
