Senior Level Executive Coaching
Executive coaching is offered for Senior Leaders in two scenarios:
1 – The Senior Leader requests one-on-one coaching to address growth opportunities and any challenges they are facing. In addition to guiding executives through challenges, the executive can become a more well-balanced leader (see below), as well as get support for retirement planning and developing an exit strategy if necessary.
2 – The Senior Leader wants to address team needs, which frequently comes in the form of working alongside the leader and implementing more broad programs for the team.
Our starting point is conducting an organizational needs assessment, which seeks to understand the greatest pain points across the following areas:
